Fishbone Bar & Grill serves Queenstown’s best seafood and has been doing so since 1991.

Sourcing fresh seafood from New Zealand’s clean waters, preparing it simply to highlight its freshness and pairing the day’s catch with a locally produced wine are the passions that drive us, the owners – Mark Godden, front of house and Darren Lovell, head chef.
